Ingredients

Sauce

Procedures

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add sauce to the shredded chicken and let marinate at least one hour.
  3. Stir fry the marinated chicken with 2 sliced green peppers add water if too dry.
  4. Then add 1 sliced mango and peanuts.
  5. Cook only long enough for the mango to get hot.
  6. Serve over a streaming bed of rice.
