Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Cook celery and garlic in butter in large skillet until celery is tender crisp.
  2. Stir in bouillon granules dissolved in water.
  3. Stir in rice, pimientos, ginger and pepper.
  4. Turn into greased shallow baking dish.
  5. Top with chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
