Description

Yellow rice. A traditional South African Cape Malay method to prepare rice. Served with Curries, Bobotie or Bredie (Stew)

  1. Place all and cover with 2cm (1 inch) of water over the top of the rice
  2. Bring to the boil, then turn down heat to lowest and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
