Green String Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 2 lbs string beans, cut
- 3 lbs spring chicken, cut up
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 1 large onion, chop and sautéd
- 1½ tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon red peppers
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup onions, small, minced
- 1 stalk parsley, chopped fine
- dill, chopped fine
- 3 quarts water
