- 500 gm Pork
- 100 gm white corn
- 100 gm toasted corn
- 200 gm Potato
Directions
- Pork fired in it's own grease with mote (white corn), tostado (toasted corn) and potatoes. It has an incredible taste and also it is one of the most popular Ecuador recipes.
