This is a recipe for Hyderabadi Dalhca.

Ingredients

  • Mutton 1/4 kg
  • Chana Dal - 1/2 kg
  • Green Chillies - 8
  • Tamarind paste - 2 tsp
  • Ginger/Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato - 1 medium
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Corriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt and Turmeric as required
  • Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom
