Veg Soup is a vegetarian soup with tofu, with lower Cholesterol, healthier.

Directions

  1. Prepare the vegetables, prepare the liquid and cover the vegetables, boil the mixture, add rice and barley.
  2. Let it cook, covered, for 30 minutes, then add spices and tofu, boil the soup and after several minutes it is ready to be served.
