About Kadaif
Wikipedia Article About Kadaif on Wikipedia
Kadaif is a very fine spaghetti-like pastry. It was probably introduced through the Ottomans. The strings are interlaced and then drenched in sugar syrup. Sometimes nuts are added to the mix for flavour.
