Description
Especially good with grilled chicken, fish, or pork. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- ⅓ cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp minced jalapeno pepper
- a pinch of brown sugar
