Description

This is an Cameroonian snack similar to rice pudding.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Bring four and one half cups of water to boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add couscous, butter, and salt. Stir and cover.
  3. Remove from heat and allow couscous to cool.
  4. Combine all other ingredients and stir sour cream or yogurt mixture into couscous.
  5. Add more sugar, to taste.
  6. Garnish with the crushed pineapple as desired.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
