Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat chicken with mustard; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with onion.
  5. Mix orange juice and brown sugar; pour over chicken.
  6. Dot with butter (or margarine).
  7. Bake 1 hour.
  8. Pour sauce to saucepan.
  9. Boil to thicken.
