Vegan Corn Dogs
Vegan corn dogs is a vegetarian food that can be served with mustard.
Ingredients
- 6 vegetarian hot dogs
- 6 skewers
- ½ cup yellow cornmeal
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon melted shortening
Procedures
- Mix the ingredients, put it in a tall vase, then put the corn dogs.
