German chocolate Pound Cake


Partially Melt chocolate Over Hot water. Remove And Stir Fast UntilMelted. Let Cool.

Cream sugar And shortening, Add eggs, Flavoring, And buttermilk.Mix Well. Add flour, Soda And salt. Mix Well. Blend in chocolate. PourInto a Well Greased And Floured 9-Inch Tube Pan.

Bake at 300 For About 1 1/2 Hours.

Remove From Pan While Hot And Place Under Tightly Covered ContainerUntil Thoroughly Cooled
