Description

Dutch blueberry bread. A delicious way to use those summer Berries.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix water and butter.
  2. Add orange juice and rind.
  3. Beat eggs in sugar.
  4. Add eggs to orange juice mixture.
  5. Add dry ingredients, then add blueberries.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  7. Make a glaze of ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp orange juice and 1 tbsp hot water.
  8. Drizzle over hot bread.
