Spaghetti with Anchovy Sauce

Serve the sauce on top of spaghetti hot.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Peel and chop tomatoes,wash anchovy in vinegar, finely chop onions and garlic,heat oil and fry onions and garlic till golden brown.
  2. Add anchovy, add , after a while add tomatoes paste.
  3. Add water and bring to boil.
  4. Add basil and salt and pepper and simmer on low flam, in a deep pan boil the spaghetti till al dente.
