Description

Ingredients

  • 7-8 cups of Wheat
  • a cup of fat of tail.

Procedures

  1. Wheat is cleaned, winnowed and washed in warm water, Fat of tail is finely cut and melted in a heated cauldron. Then cracklings are taken out, Wheat is poured in the fat and flied to reddish colour.
  2. It can be consumed with hot milk.
