Ingredients

Description

  1. Place bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic and oil in medium saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until onion is tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, salt and black pepper.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes; uncover.
  6. Cook and stir 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
