This drink dates back to ancient times. A nice drink for the summer months that aids in digestion. Ayurveda recommends [[yogurt]] to be taken in this form if you are trying to lose weight. Enjoy it with a spicy Indian meal or alone.

Whisk all ingredients together. Makes about one and a half gallons. I like making strawberry lassi at home, same recipe but with fresh strawberries replacing the mango pulp, and with more yogurt to make it more like a smoothie, purée in a blender. I also like to use 2% milk rather than whole, which makes it less rich, but allows you to taste the fruit much better.
