Description

A dish rich and aromatic, spicy yet not hot! It's filled with the wonderful fragrance of coriander and curry powder!

Mutton Curry

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Fry onions in oil till fragrant, add mutton and fry for several minutes.
  2. Add curry powder, coriander powder and chili powder, add more oil if necessary.
  3. Fry for several minutes till fragrant.
  4. Add carrots, hot water and coconut milk.
  5. Cover and simmer till meat is tender and the sauce thick.
  6. Stir now and then to prevent sticking.
  7. Add hot water or extra coconut milk if necessary.
  8. carrot maybe added later if you prefer it crunchier.
  9. Throw in curry leaves, season with salt, remove excess oil and garnish with coriander.
  10. Served with white rice.
