Description
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork, cut into cubes
- 2 medium size garlic, smashed
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 whole spice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 bay leave
Procedures
1. Brown Pork in large frying pan then add spices and liquids.
2. Add enough water to barely cover meat.
3. Cover and simmer over medium heat until most of sauce has evaporated or Pork is fully cooked.
