Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized nappi's
  • cooking napi dash of salt
  • water

Procedures

  1. Peel the nappi and rinse thoroughly.
  2. In order to remove slimy residue, use lemon juice or diluted vinegar to rinse the nappi.
  3. Put the nappi in a pot; add plenty of water and salt.
  4. Cooking time is approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. When nappi is ready drain it.
  6. Place the pot over low heat without the lid, steam dry so that the nappy becomes crispy.
