Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Defrost, peel and devein shrimp. Leave tail on, if desired.
  2. Rinse under cold running water, drain and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Melt butter in shallow broiler pan.
  4. Add salad oil, 2 tablespoons parsley, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Add shrimp and toss in butter mixture to coat well.
  6. Arrange in a single layer in pan.
  7. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 5 minutes.
  8. Turn and broil 5–10 minutes longer or until lightly brown.
  9. Remove shrimp to serving platter.
  10. Pour garlic mixture over all.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining chopped parsley.
