Description
Stilton makes a very good dip.
Ingredients
- 150 Gram Natural yogurt (5 oz)
- 75 Gram Stilton cheese, crumbled (3 oz)
Procedures
- Makes 225g (8 oz)
- Combine the yogurt and Stilton and blend until smooth.
- You could easily try this with other blue cheeses.
