- Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 can small whole beets, drained (16 oz)
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Procedures
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Put beets in ungreased 1 quart casserole.
- Mix marmalade and vinegar and drizzle on beets.
- Cover and bake until beets are hot, about 30 minutes.
