Description
It looks kind of bumpy and smells better than it looks. Other than that it tastes better than it looks
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) vanilla wafers coarsely broken
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans (or walnuts)
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 6 eggs
Procedures
- Mix
- Place in greased tube pan.
- Bake 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
