Description
Puto or rice muffin is a common Filipino snack. There are many varieties of puto.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon anise seeds (optional)
- 1 cup grated coconut (or coconut flakes)
