Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Stir together the oil and cornstarch in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Stack wonton wrappers and halve diagonally.
  4. Arrange in 1 layer on large baking sheets and brush tops with the oil mixture.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds and kosher salt and bake in middle of oven until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Transfer crisps to a rack to cool.
