Custard PIE
CUSTARD:
4 eggs 1 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. powdered milk
CHEESE:
1 or so c. grated cheese
FILLINGS:
Bacon Spinach Fried potato Onion Broccoli Mushrooms, etc., you choose
CRUST:
Unbaked pie shell or, 1 1/2 c. (or so) cooked, brown rice pressed into oiled pie
pan, dried in oven 5 minutes
Put filling, custard and cheese into pie shell. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 40 minutes until set.
