Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scald 1 quart milk (less ½ cup) with orange rind.
  2. In separate bowl, place egg yolks, sugar, flour and ½ cup milk and mix well.
  3. Pour this into scalded milk and cook until thick.
  4. Cool thoroughly, add to Ricotta Filling.
