Description

Lamb fricassee

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut meat into small pieces.
  2. Simmer onions over low heat until heated through.
  3. Add meat and stir until lightly browned.
  4. Roll in wine, then add sauce, sail, pepper, bay leaf, a little water and simmer over low heat.
