  1. Rub the flour and butter together, add the Sugar, eggs, add liqueur and water, making a dough.
  2. Leave to set for 1 hour. Roll the pastry verv thinly, using a pastry wheel cut into 2 cm strips.
  3. Twist each strip into knots and drop them in boiling oil. Fry till golden colour.
  4. Drain from all oil and put into a serving dish. Sprinkle with melted honey.
