Ingredients
- 100 g of Bonfoutou
- water
Directions
- Heat up the water just until it is warm.
- Check with a finger that the water is not too hot, fill 2 identical bowls to the same level, one with the Bonfoutou, the other with the warm water.
- To be sure that the quantities are the same you can measure with a glass, pour the flakes all at once into the bowl with the warm water, then stir well with a fork until a consistent dough is obtained, remove the equivalent of one foto bread of yam dough, moisten your hands then knead the dough until a smooth foto bread is formed.
