Description
Ideal as packed lunch for school chidren.
Ingredients
- 1 kilogramme of sweet potatoes (Peeled)
- 1 kilogramme of groundnuts (peanuts) toasted and pounded
- salt
Directions
- Boil sweet potatoes in salt water.
- Before they are tender add pounded groundnuts.
- Cook a bit longer and then simmer.
