Description

For 4 people

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Clean the spinach cleaned, and blanch in boiling water with salt for 1 – 2 minutes.
  2. Clean the rice set it to boil.
  3. When it is about half done, add in the blanched spinach.
  4. Fry the onions until they are golden in colour.
  5. Add tomato sauce and pepper and continue frying with spinach and rice.
  6. Allow to cook together for another 10 minutes (until rice is ready).
  7. Garnish with dill or mint.
