Ingredients

  • Crust
  1. 20 graham crackers (1 1/2 cups crushed)
  2. 1/2 cup melted butter
  3. 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Middle
  1. 1 lb cream cheese
  2. 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 3 eggs
  • Topping
  1. 12 ounces sour cream
  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix crust ingredients together and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees in a glass pan- Cool.
  2. Beat middle ingredients together well and pour over the cooled crust.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm at 350 degrees- Cool 10 minutes.
  4. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake an additional 10 minutes- Cool.
  6. Cover and refrigerate- Best if left overnight.
