Directions

  1. Boil Pasta adding some salt to the water, reserve.
  2. Sautee all the ingredients.
  3. Add the wine and water adjusting when necessary until the meat is tender.
  4. Adjust salt to taste.
  5. Arrange a layer of Pasta in the plate.
  6. Put some of the meat mixture on top and another layer on top.
  7. Arrange 5 layers per serving.
  8. Serve hot.
