Use this for all kinds of BBQ. It's a bit spicy, so use sparingly.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cayenne pepper (you can change this at will)
  • 1/4 cup dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Procedure

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a shaker lid.
