Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sticky rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Flour
- 2 1/2 quarts vegetable oil
Procedure
- Combine rice, eggs, and sugar. Form into 3-inch balls. Dredge in flour and set aside 2-3 minutes.
- Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Add rice, and working in batches, cook until golden brown and heated through. Drain on a cooling rack set in a sheet pan. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired before serving.
