Description
- This makes 2 soft cookies
Ingredients
- 1½ oz oatmeal, dry
- ⅓ cup non-fat dry milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ banana, mashed (adds sweetness)
- 2 (maybe 3) tbsp water
Procedures
- Combine all.
- Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 5 – 8 minutes.
- Do not over-bake.
