Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Procedures
- Spray crockpot with a light cooking spray.
- Arrange Chicken breasts in the bottom of the pot.
- Mix the rest of the ingrediants in a bowl and pour over the Chicken. Try to coat all of the Chicken with the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Serve on a bed of white rice.
