Directions

  1. Cook 1 cup of basmati rice with 1-2 teaspoons of curry and a little salt.
  2. Cool down and fill into plastic container.
  3. Add vegetables, for example cauliflower, mushroom, broccoli, zucchini, okra, or anything else that you can imagine to taste good with curry.
  4. Sprinkle with more curry.
  5. At work, microwave about 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked.
  6. Enjoy. (eat in your office and watch your office mate's mouth water).
