Description
A filling meal for those cold winter days. You can add Sausage or Ham at will.
Ingredients
Directions
Peel the potatoes, Onion & carrots and cut them in pieces. Cook in boiling water for about 1/2 hour (till the potatoes are soft). Strain the vegetables and mash till it looks like a puree . Add salt and pepper to taste and a little butter.
