Description

Fast and simple crock pot recipe to make an excellent roast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the thawed roast in the crock pot. Place fat side up (if there's a fat side.)
  2. Put about ½ cup water in the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Pour 8 oz Italian dressing over the roast.
  4. Turn crock pot onto Low setting.
  5. Let it roast 8 hours.
