Description

This is a fusion recipe drawing on the sweet and sour tangy aspects of all tropical cuisines - Mexican, Italian, Indian, Thai etc. I invented it myself. Please tell how it is.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken with tomato ketchup, salt, Jalepinoes, black olives, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic and dhania for half-an-hour.
  2. Dip each piece in egg, bread crumb and sesame in that order before deep-frying. Serve hot.
