- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- sugar for topping (optional)
