- 1 BAG OR 3 LBS MUSSELS (CHOPPED)
- 2 CUPS COCONUT MILK (PURE)
- 1 CUP WATER
- 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
- 1 CUP CHOPPED CRABMEAT
- 1 CUP CHOPPED CUCUMBERS
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Directions
- MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR 1/2 AN HOUR TO AN HOUR.
