Description

Chocolate rice Pudding. Sweetened chocolate gruel recipe made out of glutinous rice.

Champorado

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash rice and drain.
  2. Cook rice in a medium-sized saucepan with 2 1/2 cups water. Stir constantly.
  3. When rice is ready (rice should be somewhat transparent), add cocoa, Sugar and vanilla.
  4. Serve in bowls with swirls of sweet condensed milk on top.
