Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Cook onion and celery in butter in large skillet over medium heat until tender crisp.
  2. Stir in rice, raisins, walnuts, salt, cinnamon, pepper, honey, lemon juice and parsley; cook until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve immediately or use as a stuffing for poultry or pork roast.
  4. Bake any remaining stuffing in covered baking dish at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
