Description
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 4 Cups flour
- 1 tbs. pineapple juice
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- For glaze:
- 4 tbs. pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix wet ingredients (sugar first, then butter, then eggs, then flower, then pineapple.) in to large bowl.
- When you have a nice and smooth texture, poor ALL of the batter onto cooking sheet with edges (any size you desire)
- Spread glaze on top of the batter.
- Cook in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit for about 25 minutes or until desired texture.
