Description

Ingredients

  • Two large mangoes, diced (or several small mangoes), not too small
  • Large sweet (purple/red) Onion, diced
  • 2 leaves of chopped cilantro
  • 2 or 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • olive oil and vinegar to taste

Directions

  1. Mix this up and serve with meat, Pork especially.
